MEMBRAPOR is happy to announce the launch of a new RoHS compliant oxygen sensor. The new O2/MP-100 type was designed to be operated in “pump mode”. But what is this? Many applications employ small air pumps in their gas sampling systems. Pressure surges caused by those pumps create temporary pressure gradients in the delivery system. As a result, a conventional sensor can yield false oxygen readings. The new O2/MP-100 was designed to counteract this effect whilst maintaining the best performance for oxygen monitoring. This O2 sensor is also the correct type for measurement instruments, which are equipped with a membrane pump.
