Warranty Policy

Membrapor AG esteems your company and is committed to the best customer service. Please contact our technical support in the case of a claim.

Membrapor AG issues a warranty on all products against defects in workmanship, materials and construction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and failures due to poisoning of the catalyst. Moreover, Membrapor AG is not liable for damages by misuse and improper handling, for modified products and for products applied or stored outside of conditions specified in the data sheets. Any return of claimed goods shall be at the customer’s cost and risk.

The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Membrapor AG. If you have obtained your product from a reseller or as a device component from an equipment manufacturer, Membrapor AG does not offer a direct warranty service. In this case, please refer to the sales outlet or directly to the equipment manufacturer for any warranty claim.

We investigate any claimed products or services as quickly as possible and advise you whether and how to return claimed goods. The results or the notification whether your claim is warranted, is communicated promptly after the investigation.
