2010 :

Innovations
The product range of electrochemical sensors was exceeded with H2O2-Sensors, e.g. to monitor sterilization processes with Hydrogen Peroxide, and with ETO-Sensors for the measurement of Ethylene Oxide in the lower ppm-range. Hence, there are now selective sensors available for 18 different gases.

For Biogas-Applications special H2S-Sensors were developed: D-Type Compact Sensors, which exhibit a significant higher resistance against poisoning also at high concentrations.

For the Flue Gas Sensors the filter capacity could be increased by 20%.



Summer 2009 :

MEMBRAPOR grows and moves
Our company exhibits a continuous growth for several years. The facility we obtained 6 years ago was already to small. With the acquisition of a new property we have a twice as large area available to fulfil the requirements of our customers and to enforce the development of new gas sensors.

Winter, 08/09 :

Fast Response
Hydrogen Cyanide -Sensor
A sensor for Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN) was successfully developed. The HCN/C-100 exhibits an exceptional short response time of t90 < 20 s. With a sensitivity of 600 nA/ppm and a very stable baseline it is perfectly suitable for measurements in the lower ppm-range.

:

LOWERED CROSS-SENSITIVITY
Hydrogen -Sensor
The cross-sensitivity to CO has been lowered further and is now as low as just 1%. In contrast to other H2-sensors the H2/CA-1000 has no cross-sensitivity to H2S.

Hydrogen sulphide -Sensor
The H2S/C-50 for measurements in the range of 0 – 50 ppm H2S exhibits an interference to CO of only 0.4%.

Sensitivity: 4'000 nA/ppm (TLV-Value-Signal: 400 nA), t90< 25 s.

Summer, 2006:

IMPROVED SO2-SENSORS
Since the beginning of 2006 new electrode material is used for all SO2-Sensors. This improvement leads to an enhanced signal stability and to a shorter response time.

Measure Sulfur Dioxide with t90 down to 10 seconds.

THE AMMONIA SENSORS
At the beginning of 2005 we introduced a new series of NH3-Sensors: The R-Type. All our customers changed to this new sensor technology and are highly pleased with the improved features:

Spring, 2005: New sensors launched


The Slim-Size

Membrapor has extended its product range with a variation of the standard-size housing:

The height of a Slim-Sensor is 18 mm, or with pins 21.5 mm respectively.

Compared to the standard-size you save space and the sensor might fit better in your instrument. Quality and performance remain unchanged.

Thus Slim-Sensors are perfectly suitable to replace CTL 3 Series Sensors, like 3F/F, 3M/F, 3SF, 3NF/F, 3ND, 3NDH...

Slim-Sensors are very robust, leak-free, long-life sensors.
